Stayed at the Bergson a few weeks ago and had the joy of waking up with a cup of this! I assumed the coffee was going to be « meh », and boy was I wrong !!! Stellar, smooth, full bodied. Ordering some asap (sadly, they were out at the shop when we left)…highly recommend
