Calistoga Coffee Company LLC was formed in April of 2018 when Cathy Stewart, long-time roaster and employee of the Calistoga Roastery, purchased the roasting, wholesale, and online retail store portion of the business from owners Clive Richardson and Eva King. Clive trained Cathy to roast on a 1995 Diedrich roaster in 2013. We specialize in roasting small batches of carefully selected coffees from all over the world. We are a certified Green Business, using recycled products, energy-saving equipment, and reusing packaging and materials as much as possible.
